Event Info

The Sabah Tea Adventure Race consists of 3 main disciplines, namely Mountain Biking as the core discipline, Running and also Obstacle Crossing.


       

Mountain Biking
The 2006 track will throw participants a new challenge, providing a slight twist in terms of excitement and challenge.

   

Running
Apart from the normal Kamunsu Hill Trail, participants will find themselves running in the most historical trail of all times, which is part of the Deathmarch route undertaken by the World War II prisoners of war.

     

Obstacle Crossing
Participants will have to equip themselves this year to face the challenges at Sabpaon, maneuvering through the obstacles and also to undertake this year’s special task which is set to push the limits of the participants.

Venue
Sabah Tea Garden, nestled in the lush tropical wilderness of Malaysia’s first ever World Heritage Site, Mount Kinabalu, sits on a 6,200-acre land at 2,272 feet above sea level. It is surrounded by the world’s oldest rainforest of about 130 million years.

Registration Fees

Participation Fees : RM 50 per pax
*Fees are inclusive of an event T-Shirt and High Tea*

Packaged Fees : RM 80 per pax
*Fees are inclusive of a 1 Night’s Accommodation, registration fees, event T-Shirt, Dinner, Breakfast and High Tea*

Entries sent in on or before July 16th ,2005 shall enjoy a RM10 Early Bird waiver from the registration fees.
